Return and Refund Policy for www.aanchaltarot.com

Thank you for shopping at www.aanchaltarot.com. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

All the crystals are 100% natural and genuine products. Any marks, cuts, small holes, etc. on the crystal is normal and shall not be worried about. However, the actual colour of the crystal may vary as it depends on the display setting of user’sdevices,laptops, desktop. All crystals are handpicked and checked for the authenticity before they are delivered to any person.

Return refund and exchange policy:

We do not accept returns/ refund for any orders as all crystals,pendants, bracelet, Mala, coins are personalized, charged according to the individual’s requirements.

We do not issue refunds for any orders, except in the following circumstances:

Upon timely cancellation, we will process a refund for the cancelled order. We do not accept any order cancellations after 24 hours.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you will be notified once the transaction is completed.

Please include your order details and reason for cancellation in your communication.

You will get a refund within 48 hours after the order is cancelled.

 

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at aanchaltarot@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+91-7291007917) within 24 hours of placing the order. (Order cancellation only can be considered if the orders items are not energised or shipped)

 

 

Legal Disclaimer:

Every care has been taken to ensure that the product details are correct, however we do not guarantee that the colour, texture, size of the product will exactly same as the colour, texture or size of the crystal shown in photo.

Every product is dispatched after close examination that it is not damaged. However, we are also not responsible for any damage during the course of dispatch or after it is dispatched.

The texture or weight may vary from the photos, due to lightning, flash, photo/video editing etc.

The dimension of the product may have slight variation, as it is handmade, and all dimensions are measured by hand.

The images are enlarged for better view, kindly refer to the dimensions of the product.

This is a natural stone, small marks, cuts, holes, cracks etc on the surface of crystal might be there, they are normal.

Crystals should never be used as a substitute for conventional medical or psychological treatment. Please seek professional medical advice for any such issues. Aanchal Tarot or its owner(s) does not guarantee or claim any medical/health/psychological advice about any crystal.

 

Returns

a. We accept returns for defective or in-transit damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. (Please note – If product gets damaged after wearing it , its happened due to the negative energy observed by it)

b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

c. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or damaged.

d. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

a. We will issue a refund for returned items within 7 days of receipt.

b. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

d. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason.

Exchanges

a. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

a. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

b. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return (Shipping cost will be bear by the customer)

Non-Returnable Items

a. Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to digital products, gift cards, and clearance items.

Damaged or Defective Items

a. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

b. We may require photo documentation of the damage or defect.
